Felix de Pass (MA RCA)
Product and Furniture Design
Felix de Pass is a product and furniture designer based in London.
In 2006 he graduated with a first class degree in Three dimensional design from Manchester Metropolitan University, and then went straight on to work for design studio Klauser&Carpenter, while also developing his own furniture for Danish architecture / design company Schmidt Hammer Lassen.
Felix then went on to study an MA in Design Products at The Royal College of Art graduating in 2009. He spent the summer between the first and second year working for Aisin; a design studio located in Nagoya, Japan. One of Felix’s RCA graduation pieces, a home / office desking system won the RCA Helen Hamlyn Design Award 2009 (British Council for Offices Award for Working Life). A foundation that focuses on people-centred design / inclusive design.
After graduating Felix has gone on to set up his own design studio in London where he pursues his own designs and continues to regularly work freelance for design companies such as Established & Sons and Klauser&Carpenter.
He has a determination for and a belief in designing finely considered, innovative and timeless pieces. He seeks to work with industry professionals who share in the same vision.
